Japanese Craftsmanship

What’s Ikasu?

Good question! The versatile Japanese word ‘ikasu’ embodies our philosophy, comprising:

Expressing “It’s Cool!” – イカス!
Revitalizing and Reviving – 生かす
Utilizing to Full Potential – 活かす

Our logo, proudly displaying the Japanese word for squid, ‘IKA’, perfectly captures our commitment to these values. Just like the squid’s powerful, grasping arms, we strive to seize opportunities and make the most of every challenge!

Japanese-Inspired Craft Beer!

Ikasu Brewing combines Japanese tradition with craft beer creativity. From crisp lagers brewed with Japanese sushi rice to rich porters with goma (black sesame) and matcha-infused sours, every beer tells a flavorful story of Japan. Kanpai! 🍻

Award Winning Beers!

We serve beers based on award-winning homebrew competition recipes! No idea about homebrew competitions? It’s all good, but you gotta try these!

Scientific Beer!

We apply hardcore science to beer! Brewing is essentially biology and chemistry, which were our professions before jumping into this industry. Let’s dive into the experimental beer world!
